American doctor died of Covid-19 after travelling to India to treat

Dr. Rajendra Kapila, an infectious disease researcher at Rutgers University in New Jersey, died at the age

 of 81. After several weeks of treatment for Covid-related complications, he died on April 28 in a Delhi

 hospital.


Dr. Saxena-Kapila was quoted in the newspaper as saying that they had both been totally vaccinated with

 two Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines, but this was not verified by Kapila's university right away.
