Fun and festive cocktail recipes

 

This March, you’re in luck! Here at Baskin-Robbins, we developed three fun and festive cocktail recipes using our Flavor of the Month, OREO® ‘n Cold Brew. These delightful drinks, which were created by our very own Senior Research and Development Technologist, Hanna Long, and Associate Research and Development Technologist, Blake Bartko, will have you sippin’ all St. Patrick’s Day!

OREO® ‘n Cold Brew Irish Milkshake:

 

Ingredients:  Makes one serving

1. ½ cup of Dunkin’ Cold Brew
2. 2 large scoops or 3-4 small scoops (~ 8 oz. by weight) OREO® ‘n Cold Brew ice cream
3. 2 tbsp Irish whiskey
4. 2 tbsp Coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua®!*)
5. Chocolate syrup
6. Whipped cream

Instructions:

1. Pick up a small Dunkin’ Cold Brew at your local Dunkin’ store.
2. Add Dunkin’ Cold Brew, OREO® ‘n Cold Brew ice cream, Irish Whiskey and Coffee Liqueur to a blender and blend until combined.
3. Grab a tall glass and line it with chocolate drizzle in a zig-zag fashion.
4. Pour contents of blender into the glass.
5. Top with whipped cream.
6. Enjoy!

OREO® ‘n Cold Brew Stout

Blend It!

Ingredients: Makes one serving

1. 3 scoops of OREO® ‘n Cold Brew ice cream
2. Your favorite stout (We used Guiness!*)

Instructions:

Blend it!

1. Combine 3 scoops of OREO® ‘n Cold Brew ice cream and your favorite stout in a blender.
2. Blend until well combined.
3. Pour contents of blender into a tall glass.
4. Enjoy!

Float it!

1. Add 3 scoops of OREO® ‘n Cold Brew ice cream directly into a glass.
2. Gently pour your favorite stout over your ice cream.
3. Enjoy!

OREO® ‘n Cold Brew Mudslide

 

Ingredients: Makes one serving

1. 2 large scoops or 3-4 small scoops (~8 oz. by weight) OREO® ‘n Cold Brew ice cream
2. 2 tbsp Vodka
3. 2 tbsp Coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua®!*)
4. 2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
5. Chocolate syrup
6. Whipped cream

Instructions:

1. Add OREO® ‘n Cold Brew ice cream, Vodka, Coffee Liqueur and Irish Cream Liqueur to a blender and blend until combined.
2. Grab a tall glass and line it with chocolate drizzle in a zig-zag fashion.
3. Pour contents of blender into the glass.
4. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
5. Enjoy!
