The HITEC Emerging Executive Program is a nine-month, accomplice based program that creates arising and high-potential Hispanic innovation pioneers hoping to turn out to be the upcoming chief pioneers. HITEC gives individuals game-changing individual and expert improvement openings, for example, the Emerging Executive Program, with an end goal to assemble a more grounded pipeline of the up and coming age of innovation and business pioneers who incidentally turn out to be Hispanic.

Since 2014, 254 pioneers have finished the program, progressing in their vocations and adding to our developing network of Hispanic innovation heads.
