TORONTO,  Today, Canada Post issued a new commemorative stamp to mark Hanukkah – the Jewish Festival of Lights. The eight-day party starts at dusk on the twenty fifth day of Kislev in the Hebrew calendar, this 12 months December 10. About Hanukkah
