BALTIMORE, Recycle the Black Dollar has its first Annual Blackout Conference during the current year's Black Friday, Cyber Monday weekend, November 27th-30th. The virtual four-day occasion will focus on the significance and estimation of the dark dollar and intensity of the Black people group.
